Car was fixed fine, but the wait in the lounge was longer than I hoped. Wish they offered a loaner vehicle for simple day-long repairs.

Great car but paperwork was slow
I love my new 3 series! The car was detailed perfectly. The only issue was the time spent waiting for the finance manager, he was swamped.

Seamless trade-in and purchase

Good experience with service center
Service team is solid. Had an issue with my air suspension and they got the parts in under two days. Only complaint is the lobby coffee machine was down.
