Waited for 45 minutes just to be told they didn't have a simple air filter in stock. No one seemed to care that I was standing there waiting.

Good deal but long wait
Very happy with my new Ford vehicle. Only docked a star because the paperwork took forever to print out, but the sales staff was very nice.
