Solid banjo for the studio
Really happy with the tone. The setup was decent right out of the box. Had to adjust the bridge slightly, but otherwise a very nice piece of equipment for the price.

Build quality is lacking lately
My recent order had a major finish defect on the resonator. It took weeks to get a response from support and I am still waiting on a resolution. Very disappointed compared to previous purchases.

Average experience with shipping
Instrument is fine but the communication regarding my backordered parts was poor. I had to call three times to find out when my shipment would actually arrive.

Great sound for the price

Broken item and no refund
The banjo arrived with a cracked neck. They won't cover the return shipping and are making the process incredibly difficult. Absolutely terrible experience for an expensive item.

Nice gear but slow support
