Instrument is fine but the communication regarding my backordered parts was poor. I had to call three times to find out when my shipment would actually arrive.

Really happy with the tone. The setup was decent right out of the box. Had to adjust the bridge slightly, but otherwise a very nice piece of equipment for the price.

My recent order had a major finish defect on the resonator. It took weeks to get a response from support and I am still waiting on a resolution. Very disappointed compared to previous purchases.

The instrument sounds fantastic and has a really unique character. Shipping was quick enough, though the packaging could have been a bit more reinforced to be safe.
