Car was pulling to the left after my appointment. Had to bring it back twice to get it fixed. Just too much hassle for a simple service.

Parts were never ordered
Ordered some specialized tires and was told they'd be here by Friday. Showed up and they hadn't even been ordered. Huge waste of my time today.

Reliable and consistent

Waited forever for a simple patch
Scheduled an appointment but still sat there for three hours for a simple nail patch. Communication about the delay was non-existent. Pretty disappointed today.

Fast and friendly service
Came in with a slow leak. They found the screw, patched it, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Exceptional service from the whole team.
