Been coming here for years, but this last visit was just okay. The part I needed wasn't in stock, which I understand, but the follow-up call was late. Still, they got it done.

Love my new Trax! Everything went smoothly until we got to the finance desk, which took over two hours of sitting around. The staff was friendly, though, so it wasn't a total wash.

Went in for a recall fix and walked out with a new car. The service department was professional and the sales team was very accommodating. Definitely returning for future needs.

My Silverado sat for three days before they even looked at it. Then they told me the part was on backorder for weeks. No loaner offered, no communication whatsoever. Avoid this place.
