Car is great, but getting someone to call back about a minor question regarding the warranty was a headache. Once you get them in person it's fine.

Great car but paperwork took time
I love the sedan I picked up here. Gregg helped me with the trade-in on my old Honda and gave me a fair value. The actual finance paperwork took longer than expected but the staff was friendly.

Hidden issues with the vehicle
The car started making a noise two days after purchase. Brought it back and they were hesitant to look at it. Finally got them to check, but it was stressful.
