I waited at the counter for 20 minutes while the staff talked amongst themselves. Extremely unprofessional and I left without buying anything.

Poor communication on stock
Called ahead about a part, was told they had it. Drove 30 minutes to get there and they didn't have it. Very frustrating waste of time.
