Horrible communication regarding parts
Car sat for weeks because they couldn't get a basic part. No one called me to update. Terrible management, stay away.

Decent service, but high costs
The technicians know their Mitsubishis well, but you definitely pay a premium for dealership labor rates compared to local shops.
