Mark told me they had the mower in stock, but when I arrived it wasn't ready and I had to wait hours for a service check. Frustrating.

Good variety of equipment
Jay helped me get what I needed. Everything was explained clearly regarding maintenance during the rental. Would give 5 stars if pickup was faster.

Broken equipment and bad service
Rented a generator and it wouldn't even start. Melissa tried to help, but they didn't have any others. Had to go elsewhere for my job.

Decent place for rentals
Donald provided great service when picking up the equipment. The machine ran well, although it was a bit dirty on the outside. Otherwise, no issues.
