Equipment is solid enough, but customer service on the phone is quite slow. Could use a few more people at the desk.

Broken equipment ruined our day
Rented a generator and it wouldn't start. They charged me for the whole day despite the machine being totally useless.

Good variety of heavy machines. The staff is helpful, though the counter wait can be long during peak morning hours.

I’ve been renting from them for a while. The equipment is usually great, just watch out for the wait on Monday mornings.
