Okay, but could be better
They got my shipment taken care of eventually, but the process felt a bit disjointed. Staff was nice, just seems they are understaffed for how busy they are.

Wait times are long
The staff is helpful but the line is always out the door. You really have to plan ahead and set aside a lot of time just to drop off basic documents.

Frustrating communication
It seems impossible to get anyone on the phone here. I had to physically go to the office to get a simple answer about my shipment status.

Very disorganized
I came in three times and got a different answer each time regarding my move date. It made planning very stressful. Need better consistency.
