They got my shipment taken care of eventually, but the process felt a bit disjointed. Staff was nice, just seems they are understaffed for how busy they are.

Helpful staff, though the office is always packed. They answered all my questions about shipping my household goods. A bit of a wait, but they know their stuff.

The staff is helpful but the line is always out the door. You really have to plan ahead and set aside a lot of time just to drop off basic documents.
