I shop here often for my contracting business. Their tile is top notch. Sometimes the lead times on special orders take longer than promised, but the quality is worth it.

Sometimes you get great help, sometimes you can't find anyone to assist you. The tile itself is great though. Bit of a toss-up.

They have great products, but they told me my order was in stock when it wasn't. Had to wait an extra week to start my project.

They messed up my order and then tried to blame me for it. Extremely rude management. Stay away if you value your money.
