I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a simple sensor. They keep telling me it’s on backorder. It’s frustrating to own a luxury vehicle and have it sit in the garage.

Had my XJ in for a routine service. Sarah at the front desk was fantastic and kept me updated. My car was ready when promised and washed. Highly recommend.

The mechanics did a good job, but the communication from the service advisor was a bit lacking. I had to call them to check if my car was ready.
