The service tech actually showed me what was wrong with my brakes which I appreciated. Very thorough check, just a bit of a wait for parts.

Not what I expected
Appointment was at 9am, they didn't even touch the car until 2pm. Very poor coordination. My time is valuable and this was wasted.
