I dropped off my car at 8 AM. Nobody called me until 4 PM. When I finally got there, the parts weren't even in stock yet. Very disappointed in the lack of updates.

The car is great but the sales process was a bit pushy for my taste. I felt like I was being rushed through the financing paperwork.
