Had a flat tire on my way to work and had my car towed here. Even though I didn't have an appointment they got a new tire mounted and balanced in under an hour so I could make my afternoon meetings. Huge shoutout to the service crew who kept me updated and even washed my car before returning it.

I had a warning light pop up on my dashboard and pulled in without an appointment. They diagnosed the sensor issue quickly. They didn't have the part in stock but ordered it and had it ready for me the next day. Appreciate the fast help.

Love the Lincoln Nautilus I bought but the finance guy kept trying to push all these extra warranties and paint protection plans after I repeatedly said no. Took way too long to get out of there. The actual sales team was great but the finance office needs to be much more respectful of a buyer's time and budget.

Just got my Nautilus serviced here. Sarah in the service department is always fantastic. She got me a loaner car quickly and my car was ready exactly when promised, washed and clean.
