Disappointed with negotiation

Review of Jenkins Lincoln of Crystal River by Patricia Nguyen · August 14, 2025

2/5

Tried to buy a used Navigator here. The sales manager was very dismissive and refused to budge even a dollar on the price, despite the car needing new rear tires and having some noticeable scratches on the rear bumper. I showed them the local market values but they just didn't seem to care about making a sale. Ended up buying a much cleaner one at another dealership down the road. Really disappointed because I heard good things about Jenkins but the service I received was very cold.

    Very helpful staff

I had a warning light pop up on my dashboard and pulled in without an appointment. They diagnosed the sensor issue quickly. They didn't have the part in stock but ordered it and had it ready for me the next day. Appreciate the fast help.

    Good car, slow process

Love the Lincoln Nautilus I bought but the finance guy kept trying to push all these extra warranties and paint protection plans after I repeatedly said no. Took way too long to get out of there. The actual sales team was great but the finance office needs to be much more respectful of a buyer's time and budget.

    Top notch service

Just got my Nautilus serviced here. Sarah in the service department is always fantastic. She got me a loaner car quickly and my car was ready exactly when promised, washed and clean.

    Jenkins is the best

Bought my third vehicle from Jenkins last week. They always give me a fair deal and their customer service is top tier. Robert was great to work with as always.
