Awful customer service experience
Ordered a part and they sent the wrong size twice. Then they tried to charge me a restocking fee to return it. Never dealing with them again.

Bit disorganized today
Usually they are fast but today it took a while to track down a clerk to help me with a quote. Quality is good though.

Solid equipment and fair prices
Needed a new skid steer for the job site and found exactly what I needed. Dealing with the sales team was very easy and professional.
