I had a hydraulic line blow on my loader last Tuesday. I stopped by JnB and talked to Steve. He grabbed the right fitting from the back and helped me figure out how to install it. I was back up and running in an hour. These guys are lifesavers for contractors like me.

Staff is great and the facility is well maintained. They always take the time to answer my questions even when they are super busy in there.

If you need heavy equipment or parts, just go to JnB. No reason to go anywhere else when these guys treat you right and have everything.

Called for a repair and they blew me off twice. Then they tried to charge me an extra fee for a rush job they never even finished. Terrible.

Waited forever to be helped and the guy at the counter seemed annoyed I was there. Probably wont come back if I have other options locally.
