Brought my bike in for a simple derailleur adjustment. They held it for three days waiting on a cable that was supposedly in stock. Frustrating communication.

Average service and fair price
The bike work was okay, but they forgot to call me when it was finished. I had to check in myself. Decent work though.

Awful experience with staff attitude
Tried to get a flat fixed and the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him. Left my bike and never going back.
