Awful communication
They had my car for two days and didn't call me once to update me on the status. I had to keep calling to check on it. Terrible customer service.

The facility is clean and modern, but they seem short-staffed. It took quite a while for someone to even acknowledge me when I walked into the showroom.

Everything is standard here. Nice cars, but the service department is a bit slow. Expect to spend a good portion of your day here if you need service.

Decent service
The car is great, but the service department takes forever. I had a simple oil change that turned into a three-hour wait. Not very efficient at all.
