Took forever to get my loaner vehicle sorted out. Once that was done the service was fine, but the front desk needs better organization.

Terrible service department experience
Left my Range Rover for a week and they didn't touch it. Nobody calls back. Extremely frustrated with the lack of basic communication here.

They do great work on my vehicle, but I feel like the shop charges a significant premium compared to local specialists. Good but expensive.
