Car is great but the sales process took way longer than expected. Finance department really pushed the extended warranty harder than I wanted.

Terrible service department experience
Left my Range Rover for a week and they didn't touch it. Nobody calls back. Extremely frustrated with the lack of basic communication here.

They do great work on my vehicle, but I feel like the shop charges a significant premium compared to local specialists. Good but expensive.
