Dropped off our forklift for a hydraulic issue and it sat there for a week before they even touched it. Very disappointed in the delay.

Rude service and incompetent
The technician was dismissive and didn't even fix the leak. Complete waste of money. Never again.

They got the job done, but it was expensive and took longer than I expected. Forklift runs okay now, but the shop could be more organized.
