The mechanics know their stuff, but you definitely pay a premium for it. If you need it done right, they are fine, but look around first.

Rude service and incompetent
The technician was dismissive and didn't even fix the leak. Complete waste of money. Never again.

They got the job done, but it was expensive and took longer than I expected. Forklift runs okay now, but the shop could be more organized.
