The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the Lexus line. Only knocking one star because the wait for the finance office was a bit longer than expected on a Saturday. Otherwise, great.

Scheduled maintenance took much longer than I was quoted. My car was clean and the work was done right, but I spent way more time in the waiting area than anticipated. Needs better coordination.
