They always do a great job with my oil changes and tire rotations. You definitely pay a premium for Lexus service but the peace of mind is worth it.

Everything from the initial welcome to the final walkthrough is handled with class. I wouldn't take my Lexus anywhere else for maintenance.

Solid service but appointment scheduling
Service is always consistent, but the online booking system is a bit clunky. Once you're here, the team is fantastic and very professional.

Waited four hours for oil change
Dropped my car off for a simple oil change. They told me it would be ready in an hour, but I ended up waiting over four hours. Nobody apologized.
