The service was fine, but they forgot to reset my maintenance light. Had to drive all the way back the next day just to have them hit one button.

Everything from the initial welcome to the final walkthrough is handled with class. I wouldn't take my Lexus anywhere else for maintenance.

Solid service but appointment scheduling
Service is always consistent, but the online booking system is a bit clunky. Once you're here, the team is fantastic and very professional.

Waited four hours for oil change
Dropped my car off for a simple oil change. They told me it would be ready in an hour, but I ended up waiting over four hours. Nobody apologized.
