The staff are friendly enough, especially Marcus, but the paperwork process took forever. I had all my documents ready but still sat there for two hours waiting for approvals.

Very happy with the overall process. They were efficient and the leasing rate was very competitive. Only taking one star off because the lobby was a bit crowded during my appointment.

The leasing office is nice but the terms weren't explained as clearly as I hoped. Had to ask several follow-up questions to understand my monthly obligations before signing the contract.

They were incredibly helpful while I was deciding between two different models. No pressure, just honest advice and great service. The finance department made the paperwork very easy to finish.
