Nice dealership, very professional environment. We looked at a used XT6. The price was a little higher than we hoped but they worked with us to get the payments where we needed them to be. Ask for Bob in sales, he is very straightforward and doesn't play the usual dealership games.

The sales side is great but service is a bit lacking. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the service department. When you do get through, they are nice enough, but the scheduling is always backed up by several weeks. Took too long just to get a basic brake job scheduled on my CT4.

Good service on my Lyriq. They handled the software update quickly and explained the new features. Pricing is high because it's a dealer, but quality is there.

Brought my Escalade in for a recall issue. The service advisor, Sarah, was great and kept me updated throughout the morning. The waiting area is very clean and has good coffee. Only real complaint is they didn't wash my car like they promised when I dropped it off, but the mechanical work was solid.

Had a flat tire on my CT6 and they got me in right away without an appointment. They replaced the tire and had me back on the road in under an hour. Great customer service from the service desk guy, forgot his name but he was excellent. Price for the replacement tire was very reasonable too.

Charged me a diagnostic fee for a simple sensor issue that took five minutes to fix. Very expensive compared to other places. Feel like I got ripped off.

I've been buying my cars from Linus for over ten years now and they never disappoint. Just picked up a new Escalade and the service was top notch as always. Frank in sales is the absolute best, he has always treated my family with respect and never tries to upsell us on things we don't need. The service department is always clean and prompt when I bring it in for routine maintenance. Yes, you pay Cadillac prices, but the level of care and attention to detail makes it worth every penny. Will continue to do business here for years to come.

Nice place but the wait time for an oil change on my CT5 was almost two hours even with an appointment. Staff was friendly but they need to speed things up.
