We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Cadillac here. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. Our salesperson, Susan, spent hours showing us all the different tech features on the XT5 and made sure we were completely comfortable before we left. No pressure, no hidden fees, just honest and professional service throughout. We got a great price on our trade-in too, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Linus Cadillac to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

    Professional and helpful

    Nice dealership, very professional environment. We looked at a used XT6. The price was a little higher than we hoped but they worked with us to get the payments where we needed them to be. Ask for Bob in sales, he is very straightforward and doesn't play the usual dealership games.

    Service side is lacking

    The sales side is great but service is a bit lacking. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the service department. When you do get through, they are nice enough, but the scheduling is always backed up by several weeks. Took too long just to get a basic brake job scheduled on my CT4.

    Good certified preowned selection

    Had a good experience buying my certified pre-owned Cadillac. Salesman was knowledgeable. It just took forever to get through the finance office to sign.

    High prices but good work

    Good service on my Lyriq. They handled the software update quickly and explained the new features. Pricing is high because it's a dealer, but quality is there.
