My couch arrived two weeks late and it was missing all the hardware. No one at the store would return my calls or give me an ETA on the replacement parts.

Cool furniture but high price
Love the modular design of the couches. They are really comfortable and well-made. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. Friendly staff too.

Best furniture brand I've used
So easy to maintain and keep clean. I have a golden retriever and the covers are a lifesaver. Plus, it's just really, really comfortable.
