Truly honest car dealership
I was extremely skeptical about buying a used car but Mal-Bri completely changed my perspective. I was interested in a 2016 Honda Civic and they were incredibly upfront about everything. They showed me the complete history report, pointed out a few minor cosmetic scratches they were already planning to fix, and didn't try to hide anything. The price was very fair and we didn't have to spend hours haggling. The finance process was smooth and they found me a great rate. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will absolutely be returning for my next vehicle.

Just got my second car from Mal-Bri. These guys are always honest and fair. They gave me a great trade-in value on my old sedan and put me into a very clean Jeep Cherokee. Bought a decent Chevy Tahoe for our family road trips. The truck runs great and the price was very fair. Best dealership in Bartow
I have bought three cars from Mal-Bri over the years and they never disappoint. This week I brought my daughter in to get her first car, a clean little Hyundai Elantra. The staff treated us like family, didn't try to push any expensive add-ons, and worked with her limited budget to get her a great monthly payment. They even did a fresh oil change and put new wipers on the car before we drove off. If you want a honest used car dealer who stands by their vehicles and doesn't play games, this is the place to go.

They really care about their customers here. Bought a clean Honda Accord for my son's high school graduation. I had a great experience buying a SUV here. They let me take it to my own mechanic for an inspection and when he found a small issue with the brakes they fixed it immediately at no extra charge before I signed the paperwork. That is real customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in Bartow.

disappointed with the fees
The truck was advertised for $12,000 but by the time they added their dealer fee, prep fee, and some random electronic filing fee the price was almost $14,500. I felt like it was very misleading. When I questioned them they just said every dealer does it. The truck is fine but the pricing is sneaky and unfair.
