I had a great experience buying a SUV here. They let me take it to my own mechanic for an inspection and when he found a small issue with the brakes they fixed it immediately at no extra charge before I signed the paperwork. That is real customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in Bartow.

I was extremely skeptical about buying a used car but Mal-Bri completely changed my perspective. I was interested in a 2016 Honda Civic and they were incredibly upfront about everything. They showed me the complete history report, pointed out a few minor cosmetic scratches they were already planning to fix, and didn't try to hide anything. The price was very fair and we didn't have to spend hours haggling. The finance process was smooth and they found me a great rate. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will absolutely be returning for my next vehicle.
