It’s peaceful and safe. The community is very friendly and there is always someone ready to help out. We’ve had zero issues since moving in last summer. A wonderful place to call home.

Really happy with the location and the general upkeep of the park. It's a bit of a drive to grocery stores, but that’s the trade-off for the peace and quiet. Management is solid.

We have been here for a while and have no plans to leave. It's well-managed, quiet, and perfectly located for us. Definitely worth checking out if you are moving to the Lorida area.

They are quick to raise rent but slow to fix anything broken in the park. Management is incredibly condescending when you bring up a legitimate issue. Looking to move out ASAP.

The park is always clean and well-lit at night. Management responds quickly to any inquiries and keeps the community rules fair for everyone. A great, comfortable place to live.

Great spot in Lorida. The park is always well-kept and the management team is excellent. It’s very quiet and the other residents are respectful. Glad I chose this place for my home.

Love the atmosphere here. Everyone is very welcoming and the common areas are kept very clean. Management is easy to reach if you have any questions or maintenance requests.

I’ve lived here for two years and love it. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood with helpful neighbors. The management keeps the grounds looking neat and is quick to respond to any concerns.
