We have been here for a while and have no plans to leave. It's well-managed, quiet, and perfectly located for us. Definitely worth checking out if you are moving to the Lorida area.

It’s peaceful and safe. The community is very friendly and there is always someone ready to help out. We’ve had zero issues since moving in last summer. A wonderful place to call home.

Everything is well-maintained and the community is friendly. It’s the perfect size and very affordable. I’ve enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot.

Really happy with the location and the general upkeep of the park. It's a bit of a drive to grocery stores, but that’s the trade-off for the peace and quiet. Management is solid.

They are quick to raise rent but slow to fix anything broken in the park. Management is incredibly condescending when you bring up a legitimate issue. Looking to move out ASAP.
