Misleading description on the equipment
The tractor I won had more rust and mechanical issues than described in the catalog. Very disappointed with the lack of accurate representation on the condition.

Terrible customer service and communication
Nobody could answer basic questions about the status of my item. I waited hours at the loading dock for no reason. Extremely poor management today.
