Really happy with my pre-owned 5 Series. The car is clean and runs perfectly. Only reason for 4 stars is that the finance office took way too long to finish the paperwork.

Dropped off my 3 Series for an oil change. Service was fine but I waited over two hours despite having an appointment. Wish they communicated the delays better.
