Friendly staff, though it took about twenty minutes to get to the counter. Parts were correct for my E-Class though.

Prices are getting too high
I feel like I'm paying a premium just for the logo on the packaging. Same filters are way cheaper online.

Best parts department in town
They always keep the common service items in stock for my GLA. Saves me a trip to the main service garage.
