Usually this place is great but this time communication was lacking. I had to call twice just to see if my car was ready. The repair quality was fine but the customer service felt a lot more scattered than usual today.

Brought the car in for an annual check. They found a small issue with the battery and took care of it before it became a problem. I appreciate the attention to detail. It is a well-run shop even if it is a bit pricey.

They do great work and my car runs better after the tune up. It is a bit expensive compared to independent shops but I prefer having the dealer maintain it. Wait time was as promised and the lobby is comfortable.

Every time I come here I am impressed. They are detailed and never try to upsell stuff I dont need. My car is always vacuumed and washed when I pick it up too. The service team here makes owning a Mercedes way less stressful.

The best service department in South Florida. I came in for a recall fix and they did a full inspection along with it. My advisor was super helpful and thorough. The car was returned clean and ready to go in under three hours.

Came in for brake pads. They got me in on short notice which was a huge help. Quality of work is what I expect from a Mercedes dealer. Maybe could have been a bit cheaper but at least I know the parts are genuine.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was professional and the work was completed in about ninety minutes. A bit of a wait at checkout but overall a good experience. Will be back for my next scheduled maintenance.
