My AC stopped working so I brought it in for a diagnostic. They found the issue quickly and fixed it the same day. It cost a bit more than I wanted to spend but the fix seems solid and the air is blowing ice cold again.

My car has 100k miles and they keep it running like new. Everyone from the valet to the service writers is top notch. If you want it done right the first time, this is the only place to bring your Mercedes. Great job team.

Usually this place is great but this time communication was lacking. I had to call twice just to see if my car was ready. The repair quality was fine but the customer service felt a lot more scattered than usual today.

Brought the car in for an annual check. They found a small issue with the battery and took care of it before it became a problem. I appreciate the attention to detail. It is a well-run shop even if it is a bit pricey.

My car had a strange noise coming from the front end. They identified it as a loose heat shield immediately. They fixed it for free while I waited. You just cannot beat that kind of service. Thanks for being so honest and quick.
