Brought the car in twice for an engine noise, and it still hasn't been fixed. Really frustrating experience for such a high-end brand.

Reliable and quality service

Long wait and bad communication
Waited three hours for a tire pressure check despite having an appointment. Nobody updated me. Really poor management of the service bay.

Good work on my C-Class
Marco handled my service appointment and kept me updated on the progress. The car was ready when promised. Just a bit pricey for an oil change.

Solid service but busy
Had a software update done. It took longer than they originally said, but they gave me a comfortable place to wait and snacks. Good experience.
