Excellent service and quality
So easy to rent. They gave me a brand new scooter and it rode perfectly. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back for sure.

Very poor quality scooters
The one I got had loose handlebars and the brakes felt mushy. Felt unsafe riding it. When I mentioned it, they didn't seem to care at all.

Breakdown in the middle of town
The scooter died on me after an hour. I called for help and no one picked up. I had to walk the thing back myself. Never again.

Rude staff and poor attitude

Confusion about drop off time
Charged me an extra fee because I was 15 minutes late, even though I told them I was stuck in traffic. A bit greedy considering the state of the scooter.
