Charged me an extra fee because I was 15 minutes late, even though I told them I was stuck in traffic. A bit greedy considering the state of the scooter.

Excellent service and quality
So easy to rent. They gave me a brand new scooter and it rode perfectly. Really enjoyed the experience and will be back for sure.

Very poor quality scooters
The one I got had loose handlebars and the brakes felt mushy. Felt unsafe riding it. When I mentioned it, they didn't seem to care at all.

Great value for the price
Affordable and fun. The scooters worked well and we had no issues. Just a little crowded at the rental desk when we arrived, but they worked fast.

Loved the experience
Really fun afternoon. Everything was easy to set up and the staff was super helpful with the safety gear. Definitely recommend this place.
