Decent service but long wait
Took my Wrangler in for an oil change. The team is friendly, but I was there for nearly three hours despite having a scheduled appointment. Hope they tighten up the scheduling soon.

Terrible communication after the sale
Once they got my money for the truck, I never heard from them again. My permanent plates never arrived and they ignored my calls for three weeks. I had to go in person just to get an update. Never again.

Don't trust their quotes
