I was promised a specific interest rate, but when I sat down to sign the paperwork, it was two points higher. When I complained, they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Very unprofessional.

I've been to many dealerships but the service center here is top tier. They checked over my Jeep thoroughly and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work.
