    My appointment at Naples Infiniti went smoothly from check-in through pickup. The service advisor reviewed the maintenance items with me and called before approving anything beyond the original request. I appreciated that there was no pressure. The work seems solid, and my SUV was returned clean. My only complaint is that the customer lounge was pretty busy and the visit ran a little longer than estimated. Still, everyone was courteous, and I would use the service department again.

    I’ve used a few service departments over the years, and this was one of the better experiences. Check-in was efficient, the advisor reviewed my concerns one by one, and I received updates throughout the day. They identified a small leak during the inspection and showed me why it should be addressed, but there was no pressure to decide immediately. I approved the work and everything was completed when promised. The vehicle feels noticeably better, especially under braking, and there have been no warning lights since. Pickup took only a few minutes, the paperwork was easy to understand, and the car had been washed. I’m very satisfied with Naples Infiniti.

    I brought my sedan in for a brake concern and regular maintenance. The advisor took my description seriously and arranged for a thorough inspection. I received a call explaining what they found, what was urgent, and what could wait until a later visit. The repair was completed properly, and the brakes now feel smooth and quiet. Pricing was in line with the estimate, and the staff remained friendly throughout. The one hiccup was that the promised wash was either missed or done very quickly, since the exterior still had obvious dust on it. That was minor compared with the quality of the mechanical work. I would still return for future service.

    Overall, I had a positive experience getting my SUV serviced here. The advisor was knowledgeable and explained which maintenance items were due based on mileage rather than recommending everything on the menu. I approved a couple of items and declined another without feeling pressured. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was offered a ride if I did not want to stay. My only issue was timing. I had an early appointment, but the car was not taken back for quite a while, making the morning longer than planned. Once work began, updates were good and checkout was straightforward. I’m happy with the results and would come back, just not when I’m on a tight schedule.

    My visit was neither terrible nor especially impressive. Scheduling was easy, and the person who checked me in was friendly. I came in for maintenance and asked them to look at a rattling sound. The routine work was completed, but they could not duplicate the rattle and offered very little guidance about what to do next. I also waited longer than the original estimate with no update until I asked. On the positive side, the charges were reviewed with me, the car was clean, and nothing extra appeared on the bill. I may return because the location is convenient, but I would expect more proactive communication and a better effort on an unresolved concern.

    I left my car for a problem that should have been properly diagnosed before any repair was recommended. After paying for the suggested work, the same issue returned almost immediately. Getting someone to call me back was another battle, and I was passed around without a clear answer. When I returned, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed instead of taken seriously. I lost time, spent money, and still had the original problem. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle again.

    The actual repair turned out fine, and everyone I spoke with was courteous. Unfortunately, I did not receive an update until late in the day, so I was unsure whether my car would be ready.
