I got the maintenance I came for, but the appointment felt disorganized. Check-in was slow, and I had to ask twice for an update. The car runs fine, though, and the final bill matched the estimate.

I had mixed feelings about my visit. The advisor was polite and the repair itself appears to have fixed the problem, but updates were scarce. I had to call to learn that a part had been delayed. Once the car was finished, pickup was quick. Better communication would have made a big difference.
